I appreciated the professional staff who made check-in a breeze and the comfortable bedroom setup. The abundant water stations for refilling bottles were a thoughtful touch that stood out during my stay.

The location near Covent Garden is great but the noise from the street can be disruptive at times.

The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean rooms and a central location ideal for business travel. In addition to that, the room service from the hotel restaurant was prompt, and the food was delicious, which made my working evenings more enjoyable.

The Small Queen Room was clean and comfortable with soft beds. The shower was powerful, and the bathroom was decent-sized without fogging up too quickly. It was nice and quiet, even on a Saturday night. They had great amenities like an ironing board and hairdryer. Plus, there were complimentary refreshments available, which I loved. Just wish the fridge wasn’t so noisy—it kept waking me up!

The room was clean and had a good space for working at. The view from the room was lovely. The gym is small but adequate. They even have an exercise mat for you in the wardrobe! The hotel provides complimentary, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water you can help yourself to at any time.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but acceptable given the comfort.
